Kidnapped by SAPOL Christies Downs poilce station, child protection workers CPS Allyson Wilson and Department for child protection DCP Noarlunga Kelly Cramp on the 28th October 2021 around 1130 AM

All forms of contact were BLOCKED Takara for 17 days including on my birthday 6th nov, then Takara was permitted a 45-minute phone call and spoke to her grandparents only.
At the Australian Grand Jury 19th November Takaras case was presentedand Magistrate Adairs was gazetted and stood down from her position for not following the law and due process and the social workers Megan Bone, Kelly Cramp & Joyce Clark were stood down for gross negligence of rule of law and abandonment of their duties
all communications were cut off for Takara's by the youth workers and social workers & they told Takara each day that I was a risk and under investigation with no reassurance or end in sight for Takara.
Numerous phone calls to DCP Noarlunga , DCP complaints line, Kathy Taylor CEO, & Rachel Sanderson Minister for Child Protection
Youth Court 4th November despite establishing superior jurisdiction Mag Adairs was dismissive of my requests to return Takara and recorded my opposition to the adjournment.
23rd November Mag Adairs was ordered to return Takara to me immediately after I established superior jurisdiction this was ignored and DCP was granted a 3-month order with Heath Markwell's lawyer agreeing.
Monday 29th November Millie the grandmother received a call from Kelly Cramp offering for DCP to fund all airfares and accommodation for MIllie and Lance Gudgeon to fly to Adl and collect Takara and for us all to return to their home in NSW and live together as we originally planned.
Meeting on Thursday 2nd Dec 2021 this plan was finalise
3rd December 10am Takara was returned to Me her mother who had given permission for her to fly home to NSW with Millie and Lance and I was driving home

Entrapment to Takae SPOL to Takara at threat of gunpoint upon non-compliance

Takara Markwell kidnapped by SAPOL, Christies Downs, Child Protection Services (CPS) Allyson Willson other SAPOL staff. and The Department for Child Protection (DCP) Noarlunga, Kelly Cramp and Joyce Clark including Megan Bone and Tahlia on 28th October 2021 after going to SAPOL for assistance to retrieve our caravan that had been unlawfully blocked in located at 86 Liston Rd Lonsdale, and make our way to NSW as we planned to relocating to my parents home, Millie and Lance Gudgeon to assist with their activities of daily living and return to our home state.

DCP and CPS requested they chat with Takara in another room on her own, then they kidnap her all contact was blocked all social media and CPS stole Takara’s new mobile phone worth over $1200 and still have not returned it.
Takara was lied to by social workers who told her she would be returned to me, her mother, after they get lunch, then after they go get a check up from Flinders Hospital (all cleared medically) then they held her against all our wishes in a hostage situation as she was cut off from all contact to anyone she knew for 17 days only being with stranger who repeatedly told they are protecting her from her unsafe mother and withholding ALL forms of communication to anyone she knew or trusted therefore she was not allowed to have her phone or computer or even a clock in the house and was under strict supervision at all times. Takara watched My birthday and her good friends birthday on 6th Novemeber come and go without any contact.

wanted to tell the truth and let everyone know how wrong and evil their actions were and how they have not followed due process and thus the entire case was Null and Void and TM should be returned to me immediately.
My friends family and I were all very confused as to how this happened and we established that Kerry Peterson James Murley and their friends Kevin and Victoria had made malicious false reports to DCP about TM
