When SENCON Curtis Ryan being Highway Patrol arrived, I asked him why I have been detained. He asked for my Drivers Licence and I said why do I need a DL as I’m travelling in my private capacity and not driving in commerce where a driver would need a Driver Licence! I asked again why I was detained, and he said because I didn’t have NSW Rego Plates fitted to my car. I said look I have private plates. He then proceeded to steal my private number plates & I was arrested for not showing a DL. I was then transported to Parramatta Police Station and charged for six offences. I was fingerprinted and photographed against my will where they now have stored in their system my personal fingerprints and a 3 D photograph of my face (all taken without my consent) and the SENCON Michael Manual said if I don’t comply, I will be sent to prison for several days until I complied to their request to capture my personal identity against my will. They also imposed severe Bail conditions where I wasn’t allowed to occupy the Driver’s seat of a vehicle. This impacted my ability to generate sustenance for me and my family. They also stated there is a bail concern the accused person, if released from custody will fail to appear at any proceedings for the offence. After being treated like a criminal and detained under force I was released over 5 hours later only after I acknowledge their unlawful action with having to sign their charge forms. If I didn’t acknowledge the offences the SENCON Michael Manual said I would be sent to prison. So, I reluctantly signed their forms Under Duress.
