| Further details of offence | Forcefully using workplace bullying and coercion with regards to an ultimatum to take Covid-19 Vaccines with consequence of termination of work contract. Existing work contract had no provisions for said medical procedure and as I did not consent they deemed my actions as being in violation of the ACT Governments Health Directions, using that as reason to terminate my work contract. They have failed to provide any evidence in law as to back up their reason for termination during my correspondence over the matter. |
