Under the leadership of Hendrik Van Aswegen of Thomas Geer lawyers despite the legal binding agreement and the Default Judgement have in December 2020 and again in October 2021 submitted Claims at the Supreme court on the same evidenced based contract being fraudulent not only for the 14 points of Fraud but recently establish the crime of Personage and the deceased estate in probate fraud.
Yesterday Shani Claasen committed electronic mail fraud by way of coercion trying to unlawfully get joinder to the deceased estate name dead entity and are desperatley trying to serve these fraudulent offers via server 3 rd party interloper agent who has no first hand knowledge nor was my authority obtained to share such information per the Privacy Act 1988 Sec 4, 13, 28a, 94c and 94h
