That all claims for any services, be they rates notices, service bills, registration, licenses, tax office, centrelink etc: must abide by the bills of exchange act, and supply a correct bill in commerce, that must contain the name and signature of the living man or woman with the authority to make that claim, in their corporate liability, as that which is in place now is fraud, and violates the bill of exchange act.
As well as any man or woman who no longer wishes to use a legal fiction name, has the lawful right to use their living name, and have the records update to show this, with a penalty of $2,000.00 per day for any refusal against the minister; CEO or Director, in his or her acting role and private capacity, till the record is corrected, as by refusal it is clarifying that we are slaves, and claimed property, which is a violation of human rights, and that of the man or woman, for no man has granted dominion over another man, were as man is granted dominion over the earth.
