What is the failure in law/lore of this individual and organization?

The failure by Roderick Anthony Duke, CEO, of ERGON ENERGY QUEENSLAND PTY LTD, with a business name ERGON ENERGY RETAIL including all Actors; in relation to addressing a wrong and crime –
Claiming I :denis-Peter: sui-juris the living man, Executor and beneficiary of the Express Trust – Vessel DENIS PETER RAWLINSON, as property, committing Identity theft and surety fraud, knowingly with intent to do harm, and continuing to threaten life and property,
Should I the living man , not surrender and become a debt slave using some capital letter legal fiction, being a corporate entity, persona, person or other forgery or adulteration of Living man’s name, being committed so ERGON ENERGY RETAIL and its actors can commit surety fraud, and trade the living man as property – “trafficking in living souls on the stock exchange” and usurping the DENIS PETER RAWLINSON Estate & Trust; Under the forced name, D RAWLINSON now updated by them to (Mr D RAWLINSON) “that is not my name”,
Which Roderick Anthony Duke the CEO, cannot rebut, or claim deniability,
As I the living man hold provable evidence placed on record;
Noting that Roderick Anthony Duke the CEO is but one of the actors that are knowingly committing harm with intent to threaten life and property by threatening denial of an essential service, should I not take the knee and accept this slavery;
Therefore – Roderick Anthony Duke the CEO, has proven he is unfit to hold such a position. Committing misrepresentation and misfeasance in public office;
Therefore I call for a full audit into the use of the name D RAWLINSON and MR D RAWLINSON, as I fully believe a crime of fraud and identity theft, along with trafficking in souls is being committed;
With the rightful beneficiary being fraudulently dealt with; with a breach of the trust.
