4. design and build windows and window sills and/or ledges for more space growing and designed so can clean outside window sills and put in deters for no perching from inside to outside, yet all insect/pest/midgee-proofed
5. have a space regularly maintained cleaned where can live in near and lower & away from lawn kitchens bedrooms living and not inside or above buildings/sills/vents/doorways (cruelty-free methods of deterring and cleaning and moving them) and in other languages to all those who like to feed encourage the seagulls, pigeons, indian mynahs, yet so nature can still take it's course with them
6. have each home with green waste, general waste, recycling, compost have collected like other residents in the state of "Victoria" - equal, move the industrial or have more these 'industrial' bins (so only collect the same day as the other weekly rubbish collection) and, now collect during daylight hours after everyone's sleep so after 9.30am Monday-Friday, after 12pm Saturdays, after 2pm Sundays and/or public holidays (or not at all) and before 8pm, Sundays before 7pm so all can catch up on months' of lack and/or is reasonable time for babies, children, elderly, vulnerable, disability, teens and young adults and not everyday so more bins
