| What can this enterprise do to improve it's service to community? | train your staff like Alex and Tim and a Manager when I joined not invent non sensical policies (getting harder) and everytime system crash I'm inconvenienced told to come back later to pay so charged extra day/s due to company, not my fault, also accept cash which is legal tender also another reason i couldnt pay only had cash but happy to charge me late fees when i had legal tender (cash) on me but was refused. And do things manually then wouldn't happen. And fix units very stinky environment and dusty need make dust proof or be more affordable/discounted due to the dust more laundry costs |
