Refusal to take heart rate of my elderly cat. Anna Abdala, the attending vet, stated she dosen’t carry a stethescope (possible lie, or can’t be bothered attitude – I am not sure). Appalling. When I booked the appointment I clearly requested a full check up of my pet, and this with any other vet always includes checking the heart rate as a top priority.
Trying to mandate me to wear a mask in my own home. I refused.
Charging me for a full consult, when it wasn’t a full consult, as well as the rude refusal toward me of reducing the cost of the service because of this. Checking the heart rate is one of the most important aspects of a general check up.
Wet Noses refuse to email the consult notes to my regular vet. My understanding is that this is illegal.
Vet refused to practice basic hygiene i.e washing of hands before consult. Ironic as she tried to pressure me to wear a mask, and to wear this in my own home!! So they are happy to enforce mandates but not practice basic hygiene. Madness.
Anna Abdula, as well as Stephanie the Practice Manager at Wet Noses Mobile vet at Ormeau are both rude and unprofessional. It is clear to me that Wet Noses Mobile Vet is a greedy, unprofessional and arrogant organisation that do not value the well being of the animals with their lazy, uncaring and unprofessional attitude. They need to be brought down, so arrogant
I believe that Wet Noses Mobile Vet has mandated staff to be vaxxed with covid 19 shots, and my understanding is that they are using similar substances that are in the covid 19 vaccines, in the injections they give the animals.
They need serious investigation, as it is also a big concern of mine that they are not willing to be transparent by sending their consult notes to the regular vet I use. I have never had an objection like that from any other vet in the past. I believe it is partly because they don’t want the regular vet to find out that Wet Noses is incompetent and don’t even carry a stethescope to their house calls. My regular vet who has been interstate is horrified at Wet Noses Mobile Vets.

What can this enterprise do to improve it’s service to community?

1. Sack Anna Abdala. She also needs a black mark against her name so that future, ethical employers are aware of what she’s like
2. I don’t believe veterinary practices should be corporatised because money then becomes the priority, and not the animal
3. They are not trustworthy or ethical so there is no place for an organisation like this in the Age of Aquarius.
