| What can this enterprise do to improve it’s service to community? | I feel that South 32 has the ability to represent its employees who do no wish to have the Covid vaccination in a legal sense. South32 and Worsley Alumina pride themselves on the core values of inclusiveness, care, trust and togetherness, however in this case they are accepting discrimination of their employees. To continue employment at the workplace they are requiring employees to undergo a specific medical treatment without taking any liability for potential injury caused by the procedure. |
