Further details of offence

On Sunday, 5 September, 2021, I visited Officeworks Osborne Park W.A, to purchase an electrical cord for my MacBook.  The cord was $118.  When I was at the checkout, it refused to process my purchase, despite 1) having $1800+ on my Afterpay account, 2) having $60+ in my bank account when the quarter payment was only $29.50, and in fact the first payment at Officeworks does not occur until 2 weeks after purchase.
The result was, I had 4 different Officeworks people trying to work out what was happening, each of them saying ‘insufficient funds’ and thus announcing my private matters in an Officeworks store.
I note the barcode method is not available in this store, only the wallet method which means Afterpay has gone into my bank account and viewed my balance and determined that because it was below the total amount of the purchase, it was not going to let me make the purchase.
Please advise where I gave you permission to scan my bank balance?
It was not until I moved funds from another bank account, thus showing I could cover the whole cost of the purchase, that it allowed me use Afterpay.
Wow, what a disaster.

Because of this disgusting mess, Afterpay is now publicly reported, with a damages fee of $500 per day, (and I am being kind about that) until you make an apology, and do a press release advising the world on how you have access to our bank accounts, and what this mess is I have just experienced on Sunday.
We don’t have time for corporations like this in our landscape.  Clean it up, or get out.  You work for us.  If not for the people, you don’t have a business.  Mess with the people, die a quick death. Pissed off !!!

Daily damages assigned until matter is resolved.$ 500.00
