During my last call to Centrelink, they advised me that the best cause of action would be to go to a social worker. I was transferred to the social worker who had been informed that I was suicidal. Nowhere in the conversation did I mention that I was considering self-harm. The social worker was from Sunshine Smart Centre and her name was Hanon.
