I have a contraindication and therefore exemption to the jab up loaded onto AIR, but OM refused to accept (under the CHO Direction)
I have a disability due to underlying conditions that do not affect my employed role but maybe affected if I had the jab.
I was on sick leave when terminated.
I had also sent the CEO an intention to lodge a complaint fir discrimination to the AHRC (which I did) but still terminated.
I repeatedly asked for more evidence that I was posing a risk to colleagues and clients, but no evidence was provided.
Since the stand down and termination I have diagnosed with depression and been put under a Mental Health plan and seeing a counsellor.
I have suffered severe financial hardship and had to cash in my super to survive.
