On the 16/11/2021 we were attacked by a pair of armed beings while sitting in a privately owned automobile .
Without warning or exchange of identification. I had just sat down in front seat and the two beings pulled forcibily on the door of the automobile to gain entry yelling at me im under arrest i ask what for then denied having done any crime .
i was grabbed by both arms and hair and an aggressive attempt to force me from the automobile.
i was tazered and further attempts made to place hand cuffs on i pilled the tazer out regained my composure climed to safety and under duress gave offered my name and accepted the offer of papers all within 1 meter of our 19 month old baby girl.
after a time many groups of armed men and women started to attempt to open the front door and i declared that under duress fearing for safety of our baby and myself after being tazered i would surrender and give my name.
tried to exit the automobile and was violently hand cuffed and placed in a small perspex cage windows up sweating profusely cuffed too tightly i asked for over 10 minutes to have one cuff losened 1 notch. i now have limited felling to my thumb and back of my hand hair pulled out at roots neck stiffness and an elbo with large loss of movement and strength.
I was removed from our baby and taken to hervey bay police station for 3 hours in nothing but shorts i was wet and cold had no blankets on concrete floor .
eventually charged with 2 charges of obstruct police officers though they identified as snr constables.

the agents need to act as an uphold their oath to the people of the land they serve
